ORM 101:Importance of ORM

For all the people who approve of you and your company’s services, there are bound to be naysayers because it is practically impossible to make everyone happy. It has become more important now, than ever before then to be able to maintain a good reputation and have your potential customers see all the nice things that are said about you rather than all the bad stuff.

But how do you really do that when, by nature what the internet does is put everything that is said about you in chronological order, good and bad? Controlling and monitoring what people say about you is virtually impossible, countering all of that is, on the other hand, very doable. And this is what you are focussing on.

The first thing that can be done is drowning out all of the bad “press” by positive comments. This involves some strategic SEO and you are good to go!

Some things that any company can do to prevent, or rather reduce the possibility of negative comments about you include:

Putting a face on your company goes a long way. People tend to be more positive and generous towards companies when it is shown that it not a heartless organisation in the business only to make money.

Have a blog. My instance about this is not because I keep forgetting about it, rather because this way you can also control the positive stuff that is said about you. And the more you update it the more people will read it and viola! Positivity, here we come!

Create profiles on Social Media sites. This helps in not just trying to figure out the pulse of your customers but also brings you up on searches faster.
